AC Maintenance You Can Rely On

AC System Maintenance

Regular maintenance keeps your air conditioning system running efficiently through hot Lowcountry summers. Without it, your AC may be working harder than it should be. As a result, you might face higher energy bills, reduced comfort, and unexpected breakdowns during the worst possible times.

Plumb Pro+ is a plumbing and HVAC company serving neighbors throughout Goose Creek, Charleston, Hilton Head, and the surrounding area with AC system maintenance backed by honest recommendations and transparent pricing.

What’s Included in Your Maintenance Visit

Operating from two convenient locations, we provide trustworthy maintenance solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our insured technicians handle:

  • Complete system inspection: We evaluate refrigerant levels, electrical connections, thermostat calibration, and overall system performance to catch small problems before they cause failures that call for bigger repairs.
  • Air conditioner filter replacement: Clean air conditioner filters improve indoor air quality, reduce strain on your system, and lower energy costs. We replace filters and recommend the right filter type for your home.
  • Evaporator coil cleaning: Dirty coils force your system to work harder. We clean the evaporator coil to restore proper heat transfer, improving cooling efficiency and helping to make the most of equipment life.
  • Condensate drain line service: We clear blockages in drain lines to prevent water damage and humidity problems.
  • System testing and calibration: After maintenance, we test cooling output, airflow, and thermostat accuracy to ensure optimal performance.
