AC problems don't wait for a convenient time. Here are the most common issues our Charleston-area customers call us about — and how we fix them fast.
Warm air from your vents is one of the most common AC complaints — usually caused by low refrigerant, a failing compressor, or a dirty condenser coil. We diagnose and fix it fast.
Total AC failure is stressful, especially in summer. The culprit is often a tripped breaker, failed capacitor, or thermostat issue — all things our techs resolve on the first visit.
An AC that turns on and off repeatedly or never shuts off is working overtime — wasting energy, spiking your bills, and shortening the life of your system.
A leaking or frozen AC unit — usually caused by a clogged condensate drain or low refrigerant — can quickly lead to water damage and mold. Fast action matters.
Poor airflow through your vents is often a sign of a clogged filter, failing blower motor, or blocked ductwork — all of which we diagnose and repair on-site.
Unusual sounds from your AC unit are a warning sign — often a loose belt, failing motor bearing, or debris in the system. Ignoring it leads to more expensive repairs.
From central air to ductless mini-splits, residential to commercial — our NATE-certified technicians handle every type of AC repair, on the first visit.
We repair all central air conditioning brands and models — refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, frozen coils, capacitor issues, and more. Most repairs are completed on the first visit.
Ductless AC systems require specialized service. Our certified technicians diagnose and repair all mini-split brands, restoring zone-by-zone comfort throughout your home.
A malfunctioning AC in a business impacts employees, customers, and productivity. We provide fast commercial AC repairs with minimal downtime — keeping your workplace comfortable year-round.

"Kyle was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not rush through the job. He was very upfront and took the time to explain the situation and made suggestions. It was a pleasure to have him in our home."
